For firearms-related transactions, we may collect information required by federal. law, such as details needed for ATF Form 4473 or NFA transfer paperwork (e.g., fingerprints or photos for eFile services).
Firearms and Regulated Transaction Information: Details about firearm transfers, NFA items (e.g., suppressors, short-barreled rifles), sales, background check data processed through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), and related records. We collect this only as necessary to comply with ATF, federal, and state firearms laws.
Automatically Collected Information: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on the Site, and other usage data. We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies for analytics, site functionality, and personalization (see Section 8 below).
Information from Third Parties: We may receive information from payment processors, shipping carriers, or background check systems as needed for transaction processing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Our Site is not directed to children.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Communications (TCPA Compliance)
We may send SMS/text messages for transactional purposes (e.g., transfer status updates, appointment reminders) or, only where you have provided prior express written consent, for marketing or promotional messages.
By providing your mobile number and consenting (e.g., via checkbox or explicit opt-in on our forms), you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Transfer Warehouse at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or any service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Text “HELP” for help or “STOP” to cancel at any time (standard rates apply). You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us (see Section 12). We honor all opt-out requests promptly.
We comply with all TCPA, FCC, and CTIA guidelines, including clear disclosures, consent records, and no automated marketing texts without prior express written consent. Transactional texts (non-marketing) may be sent under the prior express consent exception where allowed.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption for sensitive data and secure servers. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
